All transactions pertaining to pre-orders are handled through third party payment gateway, Razorpay for all payments which may have its own terms and conditions that apply. Methods of payment accepted are Debit card, Credit Card, UPI and others as made available from time to time, depending on the payment processor. These payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Controlling your personal information
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
Exchanges
1 - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at languageperfume@gmail.com and send your item to: 5, Rambha , Dadabhai Road, Vile Parle West, Mumbai - 400056.
2 - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return Policy
1- Our policy lasts 48 hours from the delivery. If 48 hours have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
2 - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The Cellophane must be still wrapped around the fragrance.
3 - All items with a discount are excluded from returns.
Refund Policy
1 - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
2 - We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3 - If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4 - 7 working days.
Delivery Timeline
After placing the order, we promise to deliver in 3-5 working days.
